When I visited Kumowai's blog today, I found out in one of his post that finally I'm able to receive funds to my PalPay account. And I can withdraw the funds to my Visa or Master Card. It's really good news for me, cause now I have more opportunities to earn money online. Because most of the programs only use PayPal for their payment method.
PayPal has allowed 26 international markets to withdraw funds to Visa/Master credit, debit, or prepaid cards. That includes Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Indonesia, India, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Philippines, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, UAE, and Uruguay.
Each transaction cost $5 but if you mess up your request, PayPal will charge a return fee of $10. So you need to be careful when requesting the withdrawal. This is a quick info for you guys that are using PayPal.
